Valid Entry Visa. For those who are passport holders of a country where a visa is required for entry to Montserrat.
Medical Insurance. Health insurance with valid Montserrat and COVID-19 coverage.
Proof of Annual Income. Must be exceed US$70,000 and be derived from outside of Montserrat.
